The OP770 and OP775 silicon, NPN phototransistors come with an internal capacitor connected from collector to emitter to enhance the devices' ability to reject high-frequency noise while also saving circuit-board space. Each device has a 60° acceptance angle and is available in four sensitivity ranges with minimum and maximum values and is housed in a side-looking, lateral package. The OP770 has an exposed lens, while the OP775 has a counter-sunk lens. Pricing is $0.80 each/1000.
