A rugged, quick-fit female pc-board terminal features an anti-rock design that not only ensures increase PCB mounting strength but also helps simplify board design and enhances flexibility for board layout and component placement. An innovative design also helps keep terminals perpendicular to the PCB, thus maintaining relative position both during and after wave soldering. The model 3557 universal-entry terminal accepts male 2.8 mm to 6.4 mm male quick-fit counterparts for direct vertical or horizontal entry. Manufactured from sturdy 0.41-mm, tin-nickel plated brass, the terminal maintains integrity under repeated mating cycles. The terminal, which is rated for 20A at 500 Vac, can also be used as a fuse clip for most auto-blade style fuses. Availability is from stock. KEYSTONE ELECTRONICS CORP. Astoria, NY. (800) 221-5510.
