The patent-pending SiliconDrive II USB CF features speeds of up to 20 MB/s and is available in capacities from 1 GB to 16 GB. The SiliconDrive II USB 10-pin module features an industry-standard form factor, speeds up to 20 MB/s, and is available in capacities from 1 GB to 8 GB. In an environmentally-rugged and ultra-small form factor, the SiliconDrive II USB Blade suits applications where board space and performance are critical considerations.
