Providing protection against emissions on densely populated boards, the HM66 series shielded, surface-mount inductors are available with mounted profiles from 1.8 mm to 4 mm. Despite their small size, the inductors are capable of handling up to 10A of continuous current. Inductance values range from 1 mH to 330 mH with dc-resistance ratings from 8.1 mW to 1.54W. Other features include Class B insulation and an operating temperature range from -25°C to +125°C. Additionally, the components are compatible with high-speed, automatic-placement equipment and vapor phase and infrared reflow soldering techniques.
