Said to help lead to simplified circuits and reduced component counts in cellular communications devices, the DRC Series of dual-resonance capacitors can be used for simple RF bypassing in dual-mode/dual-band cellular applications by attenuating both of the main transmit/receive bands by more than 20 dB. This lets designers replace the usual two capacitors and reduce both board space and component count. Resonant frequencies are 0.880 and 1.800 GHz with tolerances of 3%. Rated at 50V with a frequency range of 500 MHz to 3 GHz, the caps are available in EIA-standard chip sizes 0603 and 0805.
