Easily cleaned with water or solvent, these standard 12 and 16 array Piezo keypads are completely flat and sealed with a stainless steel surface that provides protection against heavy use, abuse and vandalism. The unit’s three-part construction consists of a front plate, single-key piezo switches, and a pc board. The switches are potted on the rear side of the plate. Terminals are then wired to a rear-mounted, rigid circuit board and joined together in an XY-matrix. The keypads are sealed to IP67 standard. Life expectancy is greater than 15 million operations.
