For scrutinizing MLF devices, the CA-MLF32A-A-01 and CA-MLF48A-A-01 adapters allow users to probe 32- and 48-pin devices with logic analyzers from Agilent and Tektronix. The adapters are compatible with Cypress Microsystems' CY8xxxxx PSOC ICs or other chips with a 0.5-mm pitch. The component's surface-mount foot solders to the same pads used for the IC via standard soldering methods. The foot is available separately to allow using the adapters with a variety of pc boards.
