The DR349-1 series surface-mount device (SMD) inductor features low seated profiles from 2.4 mm to 5.3 mm maximum above the circuit board. Operating from −20°C to 80°C, the series offers an inductance range of 10 to 220 µH. Resistance ranges from 0.13 to 21 Ω maximum, while the maximum rated current is between 50 and 1800 mA. Dimensions are 2.5 by 3.2 mm, standing just 2.2 mm high. The inductors, which consist of UL94V-0-compliant materials, are compatible with high-speed automated pick-and-place assembly and high-temperature soldering equipment. They're available in tube as well as tape-and-reel packaging. The DR349-1 series inductors start at $0.19 each in production volumes.
