Sampling at 100 Msamples/s on one channel or at 50 Msamples/s on two simultaneous channels, the 14100C CompactPCI bus waveform digitizer card targets ATE system integrators. The unit occupies one slot in a 6U CompactPCI chassis and is fully compatible with GageScope oscilloscope software, which lets users acquire and analyze signals without having to write program code. On-board acquisition memory depth is 1 Msample (14-bit samples). This memory can be used as a circular buffer for storage of pre- and post-trigger data. Typical applications include DSL and 3G telecom test, high-quality imaging, disk-drive test, and test of RF and radar receivers. Pricing is $5995 each in small quantities with a six-week lead time.
