Offered as an update to the existing G8P pc board-mounted relay, the new version of the power relay is said to offer an economical heavy-duty relay with a 30A switching capability. Measuring only 32.9 mm x 28.2 mm x 21.8 mm, the compact device features Class F insulation and an operating temperature range of -55°C to 105°C.
A selection of coil ratings are available from 5 Vdc to 110 Vdc with a power consumption of approximately 900 mW, and all of the relays are UL and CSA approved. All models in the series have a maximum operating time of 15 ms and a maximum release time of 10 ms. Mechanical service life is 10-million operations minimum at an operating frequency of 18,000 per hour. Pricing is $1.67 each/1,000.
