Designed to meet and exceed such international standards as IEC 297, ANSI/EIA RS-310 and IEEE 1101.10, the europac subrack systems are available in 3U-9U and metric height sizes for eurocard applications. Six models are available: Rational, Lab, Mobile, Special, Lab HF and Metripac. All models are rack-mountable.The Rational model is easy to modify and comes with integral 19" mounting flanges. It accommodates up to 280-mm deep boards and is designed for VMEbus applications. The Lab model is designed for flexible board mounting and lab applications with mounting positions in 10-mm depth increments. The Mobile model is ruggedized with pre-defined mounting positions for horizontal rails based on standard board formats. The Special model is the firm’s most cost-effective subrack. The Lab HF offers optimal shielding against EMI, while the Metripac complies with the IEC 917 metric equipment standard.
