The Fanless Little PC LPC-401FS, which comes in an anodized aluminum chassis that measures just over 2 in. high, is ideal for kiosks. It supports a 1.5-GHz Celeron and includes Fast Ethernet, serial and parallel ports, three USB ports, FireWire, video, and PS/2 mouse and keyboard ports. The case supports a low-profile optical drive and a 2.5-in. hard disk. The system uses a 12-V dc power source, so it can be used in automobiles. LPC-401FS pricing starts at $795.
