Embedded Systems Computer Stands Network Ready

Measuring just 3.6” x 3.8”, the ZF 104Card/EV is a network-ready , full-function 486 motherboard in a PC/104-compatible form factor. The card is suited for a wide range of applications, including information kiosks, Internet applications, video games, point-of-sale security, and industrial control. It includes pre-loaded BIOS and Caldera DR-DOS, PC-compatible I/O, VGA, and the firm’s proprietary Fail-Safe Boot ROM. With standard 10Base-T Ethernet support, the card can act as a client in most networks. The on-board SVGA controller provides support for standard and flat-panel displays. The card also features the firm’s OEMmodule single component computer.
