Passing compliance testing with the USB Implementers Forum, the KS86C6104/P6104 and KS86C6008/P6008 8-bit microcontrollers use an advanced CMOS process featuring USB that is especially well-suited for keyboard, mouse and joystick applications. These USB µCs feature 4 or 8 KB of internal program memory (ROM) and 208 bytes of RAM. The USB Serial Bus, compatible with USB low-speed (1.5 MBPS) device 1.0 specification, has a serial bus interface engine with packet decoding/generation, CRC generation and checking, and NRZI encoding/decoding and bit stuffing. Package types are 20-pin DIP and SIP, 42-pin SDIP or 44-pin QFP.
