Jan. 1, 1999

Video and flash memory functions are married on a single PC/104-sized module in the EPM-SVGA-2 board. The PC/104-Plus module features a socket for M-Systems' DiskOnChip flash devices and offers support for both analog monitor and flat-panel displays. A wide range of screen and color resolutions enables the module to be tailored to a host of industrial requirements. Its 1 Mbyte of on-board video RAM allows color depth to 16 million colors and screen resolutions to 1280 x 1024 pixels. With the 2-Mbyte RAM option, screen resolutions run up to 1600 x 1200 pixels. The DiskOnChip site accepts non-volatile flash memory modules in sizes up to 144 Mbytes.
