Keeping abreast of the ever-evolving array of digital-audio formats, the ADSST-Melody-32 digital audio processor integrates a wide complement of certified audio-industry formats and post-processing capabilities. It features a unique 32-bit software architecture that reportedly processes digital audio signal formats efficiently and accurately with up to eight output channels. The device auto-detects the incoming bit stream and applies the appropriate code downloaded from its boot flash memory. Format support includes 32-bit Dolby, eight-channel surround sound, Dolby Digital EX, Dolby Pro Logic II, DTS-ES Extended Surround, DTS Neo:6, SRS Circle Surround II, THX Surround EX, THX, AAC, MP3, and PCM.
