The 1U-high, 10" rackmount-chassis series, the MCH-102/103 and MCH-104, can be configured with a single-board computer (SBC), an embedded computer board (ECB), or an ATX/MicroATX form factor motherboard. The new series is claimed to be ideal for both Internet service provider (ISP) and computer-telephony integration (CTI) applications. The MCH-104 features an ATX or MicroATX form-factor-compatible motherboard base plate and can house up to four disk drives: one 5.25" and one half-height 3.5" drives that are accessible from the front, and one half-height 3.5" and one 2.5" internal disk drives. The MCH-102 version provides a removable tray with an industrial butterfly passive backplane for two full-size ISA or PICMG cards. The MCH-102/103 can accommodate the same number and configuration of disk drives as the MCH-104. Both chassis' drive bays are shock resistant and have lockable front-panel doors. Cooling is achieved via 8.5-CFM, ball bearing fans. Front-panel standard features include a power on/off switch, reset switch, HDD/power LED indicators, and a PS/2 keyboard connector. A reserved 9-pin type D port, an Intel CA810E-style I/O shield with PS/2 keyboard and mouse, VGA, LAN, USB, 1 COM, and printer ports are available on the rear panel of the MCH-104. Pricing starts at $280 for the MCH-102-103 and $265 for the MCH-104.
