The embedded systems products of Cell Computing Inc., including the CardPC, claimed as the industry's smallest Pentium motherboard, will be distributed by EMJ America Inc. The distributor will support the complete CardPC line, from the 33-MHz 486SX to the high-performance Pentium processor-based CardPC P54EZ. All CardPC products and evaluation boards are immediately available.The CardPC implements advanced semiconductor assembly and packaging technologies to deliver a complete Pentium motherboard in a compact enclosure measuring just 85.6 x 54 x 12.7 mm. Inside each P54EZ CardPC is an Intel Pentium processor, Intel 430TX PCI chipset, up to 72 Mbytes of system memory, 512 kbytes of Flash memory, Trident graphics chip, and mouse, keyboard, hard disk and floppy control circuitry.EMJ America distributes a full line of single-board CPUs, Flash solutions, PC Card disk drives, PC Card readers, PC/104 add-on cards, PC/104 peripherals, software, and enclosures.
