SBC Targets Media-Rich Applications

Designed for use in media-rich applications in industrial environments, PCI-934 multimedia, industrial-grade single-board computer (SBC) accepts all Socket-7 processors through 233 MHz with MMX technology and will support future 300-MHz devices. The SBC supports up to 512 MB of DRAM and 512 KB L2 cache. Built-in EIDE disk interface supports up to four hard drives and up to 24 MB of CompactFlash memory. The board is network ready with its on-board PCI 10/100Base-TX Ethernet controller. It also is video ready, with the board featuring 64-bit PCI graphics with an on-board C-Cube MPEG-1 decoder and supporting CRT and flat panel displays with resolution up to 1024 x 768 x 64K-color with up to 2 MB of EDO video memory and PanelLink interface for remote flat panels. The card also has integrated SoundBlaster and Windows Sound System with midi wavetable audio.
