Card-Cage Front Panel Uniformly Extracts Multiple Boards

Designed for straight and full removal of two or more pc boards from the backplane without damage, the Triple*Ease VME Quad-Cam ejector handles are double- and triple-wide aluminum panels. The units feature the firm's EasyMount integral pc-board mounts to ensure increased stability during insertion and removal of boards. Machined to fit customer specifications, the panel mounts attach to boards with a single screw.Quad-Cam handle assemblies are constructed of solid aluminum rather than plastic to eliminate the possibility of breakage due to the increased extraction force load associated with multiple boards. Handles achieve 0.2" of cam travel with a separate large, stainless-steel pivot pin. Double (8HP, 1.6") and triple (12HP, 2.4") wide panels are available in standard heights of 3U, 6U, 9U and 12U. Standard units feature a durable powder-coat finish with radiused edges and silk screening.
