Celeron-Based SBC Supports CPU Speeds Up To 466 MHz

Sept. 1, 1999

Support for Intel Celeron processors running at up to 466 MHz with bus speeds of 66 or 100 MHz is provided by the MSC-3671A single-board computer. The board is designed to meet the needs of harsh applications prone to shock, vibration and high EMI environments. It uses Celeron Socket 370 technology mounted on a full-size, PICMIG-compliant PC/104 expandable bus CPU card. It offers a built-in, 64-bit 2D/3D graphics controller for fast graphics updates and high display resolution. There’s also an embedded DiskOnChip flash disk offering from 2 to 144 Mbytes of memory, as well as support for up to 512 Mbytes of SDRAM with ECC/parity checking. Other features include full-duplex audio, Ethernet/Fast Ethernet controllers, and more.
