Targeted at desktop PC, workstation and server environments, the FKB8738 reduced-footprint keyboard with an embedded pointing device features 87 keys and measures just 384 mm (L) x 158 mm (W) x 28.34 mm (H) to save workspace. Three special keys support Windows 95 functionality.The keyboard features a two-button pointing device integrated above the inverted-T cursor keys that is compatible with Windows 95 and 98 mouse drivers. Based on the firm’s ErgoPoint non-contacting, magnetic-sensing technology, the pointing system has a primary navigation dome that allows a 10° range of motion and two smaller buttons that function as right and left mouse buttons. The keyboard’s full-travel, 3.8-mm keystroke, curved keyswitch panel and full-size, sculptured key caps enhance user comfort and accuracy. It also features soft-tactile keyswitch feedback.
