Suitable for portable applications and as a quick fix for design errors, this line of Little Logic devices is designed to optimize circuit routing on densely populated pc boards and to minimize design investment. The LVC1G/2G logic familyÕs features include a wide range of voltage operation from 1.8V to 5V and an IOFF that supports partial power down applications. The IOFF circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflows through the device when it is powered down. LVC1G devices are offered in SC-70, SOT23 and the latest NanoStar packages. The LVC2G devices are available housed in US-8 and SM-8 packages, with the company also planning to offer them in the NanoStar package by the second half of 2002. Pricing for the LVC1G/2G family of Little Logic devices is from $0.27 each in quantities of 3,000. For additional information, contact TEXAS INSTRUMENTS,Dallas, TX. (800) 336-5236.
