A series of enclosures called ART-CASES are round enclosures that incorporate a European plug manufactured in accordance with DIN VDE 0620 part 101 in the base part. Typical applications are as casings for electronics in bathrooms, kitchens, hotels and public buildings, security devices and medical equipment. They are molded in off-white ABS (UL 94 HB), but other colors including black are available. Fast assembly is accomplished by a bayonet locking system that is invisible from the outside so as not to interfere with the lines of the enclosure. For electrical safety, four screws lock the case securely. Four models are offered. The bottom parts have either the plug square to the base or inclined to improve the viewing angle. External dimensions are 3.94” with heights of 1.18”, 1.50” and 1.61”, not including the plug. Internal screw pillars are molded into the top and base for mounting printed circuit boards.
