Employing a unique dual coil design, the DR359 series surface-mount inductor/transformer stands just 8 mm above the circuit board in a square package measuring 12.5-mm square. The dual coil design allows the component to perform as either an inductor or transformer. Inductance values range from 0.47 mH to 1,000 mH while the parallel windings feature an inductance range from 0.419 mH to 1,005 mH ( 20%) with a DCR from 0.00195Ω to 1.66Ω. Series windings inductance ranges from 1.676 mH to 4,020 mH ( 25%), with a DCR from 0.0078Ω to 6.64Ω. Other features include an operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C and all materials meet UL94V-0 specifications. Price is $0.25 each in production volumes.
