Groomed for industrial applications, the RoHS-compliant AIMB-250 and AIMB-251 mini-ITC motherboards sport a low-power design with six USB 2.0 and four serial ports on a standard 170 mm x 170 mm form factor. The AIMB-250 supports an Intel 82855GME chipset with either a 1.8-GHz Pentium M or 1.5-GHz Celeron M processor. The board employs a 400-MHz front-side bus and up to 1 GB of DDR 266/333 SDRAM. The AIMB-251 employs an 82852GM chipset and a 600-MHz Celeron processor. Other features include a 400-MHz front-side bus and up to 1 GB of DDR 200/266 SDRAM.
