The device operates from a fixed 1-MHz switching frequency and achieves efficiencies up to 94% at a full load current of 4A. Other features include an enable input, power-good indicator, adjustable soft-start, and the ability to safely start up into a pre-biased output. Prices start at $2.17 each/1,000.
