Residing in compact DFN3020 packages, three dual MOSFET combinations can replace two separate SOT23 packaged MOSFETs, resulting in a board space saving of 70%. The devices measure 6 mm² with an off-board height of 0.8 mm. They are suitable for use in load switch or boost conversion circuits and also function well as half bridges for driving motor loads in industrial applications.
