Designed for high temperature environments, the UW3804X and UW5805S white, through-hole LEDs deliver high brightness, making them suitable for use in indoor/outdoor displays, signs, and symbol illuminators, and indicators in appliances, automotive, medical devices, as well as industrial controls. Packing an InGaN die for superior brightness and long life, the LEDs have a luminous intensity of up to 2000 mcd (If=20 mA), come with a water-clear lens, and offer up to a 50° viewing angle, depending on package. The UW Series white LEDs operate at temperatures ranging from -40°C to 85°C and have a power dissipation of 107 mW. The LEDs come in either a 3 mm (UW3804X) or 5 mm (UW5805S) package and are priced beginning at $0.95 each/100. For more details, call STANLEY ELECTRIC SALES OF AMERICA, Irvine, CA. (800) 533-5231.
