MMIC amplifiers span DC to 22 GHz for test and measurement, EW, radar

Geneva, IL. Richardson RFPD has announced the availability of and full design support capabilities for two new power amplifiers from MACOM Technology Solutions Inc.

The 2-W MAAP-011247-DIE and 1-W MAAP-011248-DIE are distributed power amplifiers offered as bare die parts. Operating from DC to 22 GHz, these power amplifiers provide high linear gain and output power at 3-dB compression. The devices are fully matched to 50 Ω across the band, include temperature-compensated output power detectors, and are fabricated using a GaAs pHEMT process featuring full passivation for enhanced reliability.

The MAAP-011247-DIE and MAAP-011248-DIE can be used as a power-amplifier stage or as a driver stage in higher power applications. They are suitable for test and measurement, EW, ECM, and radar applications.
