Targeting the ATE market, the AX-Series AXIe and PXI-based systems and modules perform characterization and Production testing of consumer RF and mixed-signal semiconductors. Consisting of cost-effective benchtop semiconductor characterization systems and high-volume production test systems, target customers include IDMs and fabless semiconductor companies developing consumer RF and mixed-signal ICs and/or modules. The WRX is a turnkey 20-slot PXI RF system supporting configurations of two to 16 bi-directional vector ports that are capable of performing S-parameters, continuous wave, multi-tone, and full modulation to 6 GHz on each port. The AX500 is a five-slot AXIe system supporting typical configurations of 12 to 48 device power supplies and 48 to 192 400-MB digital pins. The AX520 is a combination five-slot AXIe + 20-slot PXI system that supports 12 to 48 device power supplies, 48 to 192 400-MB digital pins, and two to 16 RF ports. The AX1020 and AX1040 are 10-slot AXIe and 20-/40-slot PXI systems that support 12 to 96 power supplies, 48 to 384 400-MB digital pins, and two to 32 RF ports. Pricing for the AX-Series starts at $95,000 for a minimally configured AX500 system. AEROFLEX INC., Plainview, NY. (800) 835-2352.
