Philippe Gastaldo is the product and R&D director at UnitySC. He is responsible for the company’s R&D as well as the product management for all of its inspection and metrology equipment. Previously, Philippe was director of the NanoVision Business Unit at Altatech, a company acquired by UnitySC in 2016. Before joining Altatech, he worked for a variety of companies in the field of optical telecommunications. Philippe earned his Ph.D. in optics and optoelectronics from the National Polytechnic Institute of Grenoble (INPG) in 1998.
