Expanding the JUMPFLEX line of signal conditioners, the 857-819 accepts bipolar mV inputs from -100 mV to +1,000 mV and converts to a current or voltage output. Current outputs available are 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 20 mA, 0 to 10 mA, and 2 to 10 mA while voltage outputs span 0 to 10V, 2 to 10V, 0 to 5V, and 1 to 5V. The unit ensures safety through three-way isolation at a test voltage of 2.5 kV. Beyond configuration by DIP switch, it configures non-linear curves via WAGOFrame FDT/DTM-based software, which also provides parameterization, startup, and field-device diagnostics. Other features include errors of less than 0.1% on adjusted span, CAGE CLAMP S spring pressure connection technology, and an operating temperature range from -25°C to +70°C.
