The NT2800 is a complete, single-chip, FM/FSK transmitter that is capable of operating in any 26-MHz band from 800 to 1000 MHz, on a 2.7V to 3.3V power supply. The device integrates a VCO, phase-locked loop and a reference oscillator on-chip. Tuning is accomplished via a 3-wire serial interface. Power output is +1.5 dBm at 50 ohms. The transmitter is offered in a 16-pin TSSOP package and is priced at $1.27 each/10,000.
