The A10 Series automotive relay operates in temperatures up to 105°C and is immersion cleanable. The PCB pin-mount component weighs 4g and is available in a dual-relay style. Coil voltages include 10 Vdc and 12 Vdc with a 40A in-rush rating. Specs include a contact resistance of less than 30 milliOhms, maximum switching power of 420W, maximum switching voltage of 28 Vdc, maximum switching currents of 40A ON and 30A OFF, an electrical life of 100,000 cycles, insulation resistance of 100 MegaOhms minimum at 500 Vdc, coil to contact dielectric strength of 500 Vrms minimum with a contact-to-contact dielectric strength of 500 Vrms minimum, and an operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C.
