Compact Solid-State Relays Make Wiring Simpler

Jan. 1, 1999
With a special jumper pin that lets users eliminate wiring of common negatives, these DIN rail-mountable SSRs and mechanical relays come in a slim, compact design that allows multiple relays to fit into the same space as a larger conventional relay.

With a special jumper pin that lets users eliminate wiring of common negatives, these DIN rail-mountable SSRs and mechanical relays come in a slim, compact design that allows multiple relays to fit into the same space as a larger conventional relay. Relay dimensions are 3.5" high x 0.25" wide x 2.5" deep. Up to 24 relays can be linked together. A potential rail is available to link output common contacts. Isolation is to the VDE 0106 standard. Input and output models are available for input voltage of 24 vdc or 24 vac/vdc. Maximum switched voltage is 250 vac/300 vdc. Maximum switched current for output relays is 6A and 2A for input relays. Minimum load current is 100 mA at 12 vdc for output relays and 1 mA for input relays. Other styles are rated up to 15A.
