Crystal Oscillators Operate From 1V Up

Dec. 28, 2010
In surface-mount packages, the XO22, XO32, XO53, and XO91 series crystal oscillators operate from supply voltages between 5V an 1V, enabling current consumption as low as 2 mA.

In surface-mount packages, the XO22, XO32, XO53, and XO91 series crystal oscillators operate from supply voltages between 5V an 1V, enabling current consumption as low as 2 mA. The XO22 components come in 2.5 mm x 2 mm x 0.9 mm packages and operate over a frequency range from 0.5 MHz to 75 MHz. In 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm x 0.95 mm packages, the XO32 series covers a frequency range from 0.5 MHz to 54 MHz while the 5 mm x 3.2 mm XO53 oscillators span 1 MHz to 125 MHz. The XO91 series in 7 mm x 5 mm x 1.4 mm hermetically-sealed packages sweep 312.5 kHz to 160 MHz. SAELIG CO., Pittsford, NY. (888) 772-3544.
