For applications demanding long-life performance and a low-profile package, the panel-mount 9000 series joysticks measure less than 36 mm behind the panel and operate using inductive sensing and monitoring circuitry to ensure accurate operation with a life expectancy of over 10-million cycles. Typical applications include wheelchairs, security cameras, inspection equipment, CCTV systems, and vehicle remote controls. By way of a unique locking-cam system, the joysticks offer self-centering and omni-directional functionality. The system maintains even distribution of internal loads for reliable actuator strength and features high EMC immunity, IP65 sealing, and 1-, 2-, and 3-axis configurations.
