Earmarked for use in telecomm applications, TR115 consists of an optically-isolated solid-state relay (SSR) and an ac detector housed in a compact 8-pin package. Together, the two circuits can provide both hookswitch and ring detect, helping reduce parts counts of many telecomm products. In addition, the relay's low package height of 0.093" also qualifies the device for use in PCMCIA fax modem cards. Offered in 8-pin DIP, SMD and flatpack packages.
