The SiT8503 slides in as the industry’s first kHz-frequency, silicon MEMS oscillator for audio, microcontroller, and high reliability industrial applications. The device provides programmable support for any frequency between 200 kHz and 1,000 kHz with accuracy up to 5 decimal places. Other features include configurable operating voltages of 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, or 3.3V, shock resistance up to 50,000g, vibration resistance up to 70g, configurable frequency stabilities of ±20 ppm, ±25 ppm, ±30 ppm, or ±50 ppm, and a current consumption of less than 10 µA in standby mode.
