For compact GPS applications, the NT2520SA series SMD TCXOs measure 2.5 mm x 2 mm with a height of 0.8 mm maximum and weigh 0.013g. Frequency stability is ±0.5 ppm over an operating temperature range from -30°C to +85°C, making the oscillators also suitable for PND and cell phone applications. They are available in frequencies ranging from 13 MHz to 38.4 MHz and GPS frequencies of 13, 16.368, 16.369, 16.8, 19.2, 24.5535, 26, 27.456, and 38.4 MHz. The components operate from a supply voltage range of +2.4 to 3.2 Vdc ±0.1V while drawing 1.5 mA maximum with an output level of 0.8 Vp-p minimum. Aging characteristics are ±1 ppm maximum per year.
