Frequency stability to ±1 ppm over a wide temperature range of -30°C to 80°C is promised by the IQDTCVCXO-91 range of crystal oscillators. The low-profile, surface-mountable units offer digital temperature compensation and an AFC function that allows the output frequency to be trimmed by at least ±5 ppm through a voltage input of 1.5V ±1.0V. Both functions are integrated within an SMT ceramic package measuring 7 mm x 9 mm x 2 mm.A standard range of output frequencies is available, including 13 MHz and 19.2 MHz. Aging is specified to within ±1 ppm for the first year. The oscillators are designed to provide a 1Vpk-pk output into a 10 kiloohms/10 pF load and operate from a nominal 3V supply.
