With dimensions of 7 mm long x 5 mm wide x 1.6 mm high, Model SMO is a tiny SMT oscillator intended for applications such as µP clocks where space is at an absolute premium. Frequency ranges are 1.5 to 80 MHz for output loads of 15 or 50 pF with supplies of 3V to 5V. Housed in a washable glass-sealed ceramic package, the devices can withstand soldering operations up to 245°C. Rise and fall time is 10 ns (max.) and stability is ±30 ppm over normal operating temperatures.
