Available in through-hole DIP, SOP or surface-mount design, this complete line of solid state relays come in 4-, 6-, or 8-pin packages and offer component versatility that is compatible with automated manufacturing equipment. The I/O isolation voltage is 1500 VACrms or 3750 VACrms, depending on model selected. The entire line offers low output resistance at a full 130 mA of continuous load current. Contact configurations are available as 1 Form A, 1 Form B, Dual 1 Form A, Dual 1 Form B, and 1 Form A & B. The output off-state leakage current is a low 1µA.
