April 12, 2010
The CVCO55CC-3345-3955 voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) operates from 3,345 MHz to 3955 MHz with a control voltage range of 2.5V to 23.5V.

The CVCO55CC-3345-3955 voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) operates from 3,345 MHz to 3955 MHz with a control voltage range of 2.5V to 23.5V. The VCO features a typical phase noise of -100 dBc/Hz at a 10 kHz offset and output power is typically +3.5 dBm. Available in an industry-standard SMD package measuring 0.5” x 0.5”, input voltage is 10V with a maximum current consumption of 50 mA. Pulling and Pushing are 5 MHz and 3 MHz/V, respectively, and second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical. For pricing details, contact CRYSTEK CRYSTALS CORP., Fort Myers, FL. (800) 237-3061.
