The CVCO55CW-1000-2000 voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) operates over a frequency range from 1 GHz to 2 GHz with a control voltage from 1V to 20V with a typical phase noise of -100 dBc/Hz at a 10-kHz offset. The component comes in an industry-standard, 0.5" x 0.5" surface-mount package and specifies an input voltage of 10V with a maximum current consumption of 25 mA.
