The MAX16067 and MAX16068 integrate nonvolatile fault registers to facilitate failure analysis and are available with a graphical configuration tool that allegedly simplifies diagnostics and configuration. The flash-configurable sequencers/monitors integrate a ±1%-accurate ADC for voltage monitoring/sequencing and both devices specify a wide 2.8V to 14V operating voltage range. The MAX16067 manages and sequences up to six supply voltages simultaneously while the MAX16068 monitors up to six supply voltages. Prices start at $4.29 each/1,000.
