A single laser diode module contains integrated cross hair optics to create a very fine, focusable, cross hair pattern in a small package. Visible wavelengths are 635 to 670 nm and output power is 1 to 5 mW. Other features are output power stabilization, short-circuit protection, and polarity reversal protection.
