Measuring 5.2" diagonal with a 240 x 64 pixel resolution, the F-51405 series monochrome transmissive, STN LCD displays white characters or graphics on a blue background with the aid of white LED backlighting. The module features chip-on-glass (COG) construction and exhibits a luminance of 120 nits (cd/m²) minimum. Weighing 95g, overall dimensions are 149.5 mm x 51.7 mm x 9.8 mm with a viewing area of 130.2 mm x 36.7 mm. Other features include an operating temperature range from 0°C to 50°C, an 8-bit parallel data transfer interface, 5:1 contrast ratio, and a total power consumption of 615 mW, which includes the LCD and backlight.
