A family of OC-3, single-mode ATM transceivers offers data rates up to 155 Mbps. The devices can be used in telecomm or datacomm apps. They include a transmitter, receiver and SC duplex receptacle and are suited for use in LANs and WANs. Standard 15-km versions operate at 3.3V (model V23826-C18-C363) or at 5V (model V23826-C18-C63); both are offered in environmentally robust versions.
